FW25 FIELD HOCKEY COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT
For FW25, I went back to the roots of the brand and built the entire collection around Japanese craft, symbolism and balance. The graphic direction is inspired by Sashiko stitching, a traditional technique used for reinforcement and decoration. The idea of strength through structure became the visual foundation of the collection. Each bow type is linked to a specific colour theme. The feeling those colours give is translated into the stitched graphics, where Japanese words appear subtly inside the linework, influenced by the storytelling approach of Kasuri. The layouts follow the harmony of Tatami, using a geometric grid that brings order, balance and quiet precision. The CMF direction combines matte, satin and gloss finishes with pearlescent paints, custom foil colours and hand-sprayed 18K TeXtreme carbon. Together with the structured graphic system, this creates a collection that feels technical, refined and clearly built as a coherent range.
